Niamh is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor, living and teaching on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. She is committed to offering an accessible, inclusive practice, and is passionate about students finding what works for them as individuals. Yoga is for everybody, and showing up to your mat is success; everything beyond that is a bonus.
